1. Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonation or non-consensual deepfake/voice cloning.
• Fraud, phishing, scams, extortion, social engineering.
• Harassment, threats, abuse, defamation, hate, or violence promotion.
• Election manipulation or deceptive political messaging.
• Copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark, or contractual rights violations.
• Security bypass attempts, quota abuse, or infrastructure attacks.
• Malware or other malicious content distribution.

2. Safety-Critical and Regulated Contexts

Voice X outputs must not be used as sole basis for medical, legal, emergency, identity, or financial decision-making.

3. Enforcement

Violations may trigger output blocking, quota restrictions, suspension, termination, logging preservation, and legal escalation as required.
