Voice X Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voice X, including our iOS app, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.

2. User Responsibility and Required Rights

You are solely responsible for all content, audio, text, prompts, uploads, outputs, and distribution activity. Before using any voice, name, likeness, or identity-related material, you must obtain all required permissions, licenses, and valid consents.

3. No Legal Compliance Guarantee by Voice X

Voice X provides technical tooling only and does not verify whether your use is lawful, authorized, or compliant in your jurisdiction. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume all legal risk and liability from your usage.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Voice X for impersonation, fraud, deception, harassment, defamation, non-consensual cloning, election manipulation, scams, malware, or other unlawful/harmful conduct.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans may be billed by Apple in-app purchases. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds are subject to Apple policies and applicable local law.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF OUTPUTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voice X and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost data, profits, or goodwill.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voice X and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, use, or breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for legal risk, abuse, security concerns, or Terms violations.
