Voice X Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Voice X collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use the Service.

1. Data We Collect

Subscription state and plan data.
Technical metadata such as installation ID, app version, and request IDs.
User-submitted content: reference audio, source audio, text input, generated outputs.
Operational data: timestamps, request outcomes, diagnostics, anti-abuse events.

2. How We Use Data

Provide conversion/synthesis features.
Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
Enforce quotas, anti-abuse protections, and policy compliance.
Support billing, customer support, and account operations.

3. AI Voice Processing

When you use the voice generation features of VoiceX, the reference audio, source audio, or text you provide may be securely transmitted to Cartesia, our third-party AI voice processing provider, in order to generate the requested voice output.

Only the content provided by the user for voice generation is transmitted for processing. This data is used solely for generating the requested output and is not sold or used for advertising purposes.

VoiceX does not use user audio or text content for training AI models, profiling users, or marketing. We request the user's permission in the app before sending personal data to the third-party AI processing provider.

The processing occurs only when the user explicitly initiates a voice generation request within the app.

4. Data Sharing

We may share data with cloud providers, AI infrastructure vendors, security/analytics processors, and legal authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data for money.

5. Data Retention

Data is retained only for operational, security, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes, with periods varying by data type and legal obligations.

6. Your Rights

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or higher where required by local law).
