Voice & Likeness Consent

Before uploading, cloning, transforming, or generating content from any person’s voice, name, likeness, or identity, you must have explicit, informed, and legally valid consent.

1. Mandatory Consent

You must obtain and maintain all required permissions for every person represented in submitted or generated content.

2. Commercial/Public Use

You are solely responsible for obtaining all licenses and clearances needed for publishing, monetization, advertising, syndication, or redistribution.

3. Proof of Consent

You should keep records of consent and provide them if legally required.

4. Liability

Voice X does not verify your permissions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, legal and regulatory responsibility for consent compliance remains with the user.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for suspected non-consensual, deceptive, or infringing usage.
